Hi All,
It is Thursday, two members of our group have left already and we wish them safe travels to Shanghai. Two of our members have yet to receive their passports back from the embassy, fingers crossed it comes today or at the very latest tomorrow am. I can relate to the crazy stress of waiting for your travel documents. I am packing up the donations, organizing our lists and checking them twice.
Anesthesia is all set now. we are very grateful that we will be able to have local NOH staff and use of 2 OR in the am and then going to 1 OR in the afternoon. We are all so excited to help the children and adults of Nepal.
We are also looking forward to a team dinner at our favorite local restaurant Third Eye in Thamel, it has wonderful food and a great atmosphere which im sure the newbies on our trip will love!!!
